In Memoriam – Dave Paquette

October 9, 1942 – July 28, 2018

Dave Paquette and his wife June, moved into their new home in Sun City Lincoln Hills in 2001.  The years since then had been the happiest of his life with time for travel, the birth of his granddaughter, family gatherings, and enjoying the friendship of neighbors and residents.  

Dave volunteered for a number of years at both Glen Edwards school and the Placer Food Bank.  He participated in the Healthy Eating club, Big History, the Lincoln Hills Italian Club, a neighborhood men’s group, and more recently the small group exercise Parkinson ‘s groups.

Dave was a career Air Force officer, teacher and professor of chemistry.  But most importantly, he was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather and an honorable man.  He passed away July 28 with his wife by his side.
