A very busy October has two LHIC events. First, harvest time brings the outdoor enjoyment of Italian culture and companionship. On Tuesday, October 11, the LHIC presents its Vino & Spuntino event at Loomis Basin South Park. Come join us for wine tasting, appetizers, and some very serious socializing.

The second October event is our Annual General Membership meeting on Friday October 14 at Kilaga Springs. Join us for a review of the past year’s business and membership activities, and get a peek at the coming year’s planned events. Open to members only.

The Thanksgiving season brings us the Turkey Bingo celebration on Sunday, November 6. The event will be held at the Ballroom at Sun City Roseville, and will include a turkey dinner and a fun night of games with some BIG prizes.

December’s event will be our Christmas luncheon at Catta Verdera on Thursday, December 1. In addition to a delicious lunch, there will be entertainment: the Lincoln High School Choir. Also, Santa will be anxious to see how our annual collection of Toys for Tots is coming along.
